Please make sure the needed restricted named console is active and in place.
Active consoles can be displayed by the ".console" command in bconsole.

Did you reload your configuration after adding the restricted named console, which is going to be used for webui?

Did you recently upgrade and did not adapt your configuration from the legacy one to the new subdirectory configuration structure?
