Description | After an upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4 the Connection to Vsphere Server Fails. This is the case if you don't have an official certificate on your vsphere Server. Pls. add this hint to the documentation or to the FAQ, thanks! | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | no one of the configured VMWare Backup Jobs are running sucessfully. | ||||
Additional Information | The Solution ist easy ... in the /etc/python/cert-verification.cfg you should set the verification value to disabled: #[https] #verify=platform_default [https] verify=disable or you follow the instructions in https://access.redhat.com/articles/2039753 if you need this only in this python script... | ||||
