After some additional test, the problem was found. In this case, the problem was the passive mode in combination with an NAT gateway. The director connection was droplet because the long time without any traffic. So the backup itself was running fine, but the final "ok" can't be send to director. The solution was to enable the heartbeat function in the client and the storage daemon, so that the nat gateway don't drop the connection. I think this can be noted at the passive section in the documentation. So it looks like an often problem on nat gateways. |
