Summary | 0000731: SQL database restore requires using VDI
Description | The manual explains that the Virtual Device Interface (VDI) is used when the "where" clause contains "/". I think it should be a bit more explicit and explain that an SQL restore is done only when a VDI is used. When you use a directory destination in a restore, only the files will be copied even when the FileSet specifies the mssqlvdi plugin. It took me some time to understand figure this out, especially since the webui ignores the where clause from the job description (see bug 675).
