Summary	0000389: Windows installer asks for postgres settings while installing client only
Description	When installing with other then default settings (example: bat installation selected), the installer dialog will ask for postgres settings. Should not happen as postgres is not needed for client only installations.
Steps To Reproduce	Install winbareos, select bat as additional component. Happened on Windows 8.1 64 bit.
