Looks like you didn't setup the sudo right for running the bconsole.

Try reading the documentation.

Sudo i confiugured as suggestet, some test tweaks by me:

# allow apache to run bconsole. required for bareos-webui
Cmnd_Alias BCON = /usr/sbin/bconsole -n -c /etc/bareos/bconsole.conf, /usr/sbin/bconsole -n -c /etc/bareos/webui/bconsole.conf, /usr/sbin/bconsole
Defaults!BCON !requiretty
wwwrun,www-data,apache,nobody,httpd ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: BCON

And content from secure.log
Dec 19 19:42:20 localhost sudo: apache : TTY=unknown ; PWD=/usr/sbin ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/usr/sbin/bconsole -c /etc/bareos/bconsole.conf

I'm stuck.

I check connection my bareos-dir and box with installed bareos-webui with wireshark.

When i display this option in question - there is no TCP transmision between bconsole (running from apache with sudo) and my bareos-dir (on another box).

It was selinux. Please close this bug and sorry for the noise.

Its almost always selinux, same is true with connection to postgresql
database. At least the sudo stuff is soon gone when we switch to native
bareos console connectivity (but selinux will probably still screwup there.)
