Summary	0001197: An upgrade of Bareos packages creates default configuration files
Description	The upgrade of Bareos packages of an existing installation creates default configuration files. This pollutes the existing installation with used and unwanted storages, client, ... For example I now have a storage named "File" in my database that I don't need and don't use. The default configuration files should be created not at all or at least as .conf.example in case of an upgrade.
