Changeset Switch to gcc 4.8

Unfortunately, with gcc 4.8, libc now is called
- libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll on 32Bit Windows
- libgcc_s_seh-1.dll on 64Bit Windows

This patch adapts to that fact.
