Changeset HP-UX: set alignment pragma in hash table

 we now set pragma pack(4) in htable.c for hpux,
 as we otherwise get this error:

 Program received signal SIGBUS, Bus error
  si_code: 1 - BUS_ADRALN - Invalid address alignment.
