Changeset systemtests: sslpsk workaround: use TLS v1.2

Workaround for sslpsk problems.
Use environment variable PYTHON_BAREOS_TLS_VERSION="v1.2"
to specify the TLS protocol version to use,
as automatic selections fails with the current version of sslpsk (1.0.0).
