| Changeset | mssqlvdi-fd.cc: avoid collision of definition of MIDL_user_allocate() The definitions of MIDL_user_allocate are different between "vdi.h" and "rpcndr.h" so we add the definition "__MIDL_user_allocate_free_DEFINED__" to skip the definition in rpcndr.h. The problem only exists on 32Bit cross-compilation. |
