Changeset oVirt-Plugin: Rearrange imports

It is not possible to remove the line
from BareosFdWrapper import * # noqa
as suggested in PR 0000380, as python-fd.cc expects the functions
to be provided by the Python plugin code.
However, the functions are now implicitly imported by name
to avoid using the *.
