Summary0000237: bscan is slow when creating catalog from volume
DescriptionI use bareos with mysql.
When I want to import the contents from a tape into the catalog, this takes a long time.
Steps To ReproduceUpgraded from bacula 5.2.13 to bareos on CentOS 6 x86_64
- Load a tape in the tapedrive that was created with bacula
- Issue the following command:

bscan -s -m -B mysql -V tape-04 -v /dev/nst0

Tape travels back and forth (shoe shining)

top shows the system is idle:

top - 11:16:57 up 140 days, 14:49, 2 users, load average: 0.97, 1.02, 0.93

Additional InformationWithout the -s and -m this process is going much faster.

I know that this problem has also been reported with bacula 5.2
