DescriptionWhen backing up a large group > 1000 Members I get following error we have only one group in LDAP with
more than 1000 Members:

Ldap Server is OpenLdap running on Debian 9

1000 objects is the default limit of OpenLDAP. You have to increase the server search limit to "unlimited", at least the hard limit, see http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/guide.html#Limits

slapd.conf:

# should work:
sizelimit unlimited

# might work:
sizelimit size.soft=1000 size.hard=unlimited

Thanks, I have tested with:
olcSizeLimit size.soft=2000 size.hard=unlimited
and
olcSizeLimit size.soft=2000 size.hard=2000

got same error. ldapsearch from console works fine

How do I enable debug logging in ldap plugin ?
